I'm not certain that the kiosk rather than a person as the cashier is doing anyone any good. The experience was absolutely terrible and the kitchen seemed to be pushed to keep up with the drive thru and the door dash orders. We did get our orders accurately, food was hot, but 25 minutes to get a couple burgers and fries seems the opposite of efficiency. IMHO, the whole experience was terrible. The people working were fine, clearly frustrated with the dinner service. FWIW, there might have been 10 people inside eating in. A whole lot of people leaving demanding refunds.

Hate this new set up can never get help always missing food then u wait forever then other food is cold staff is rude and it's so hard to get someone to help when u need it!!!!! Horrible !!!!!!

Staff was real cool! Professional and fast. This night crew is the best crew I’ve seen possibly ever.
If I could rate this place a zero star I would I went there on October 4. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal with 10 nuggets. The nuggets were cold and hard so are the fries. I got no bacon on my burger. I called and complained they said if I bring the receipt back and gave me their name that they’ll replace it OK well I went back a few days later. Try to get my order replaced and proceeded to tell me that they’re not going to replace it because they don’t have a manager under that name so these people like to lie about their names and I guess only managers can pick up the phone and said that they don’t have a manager under that name so I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s every time I go the food’s never fresh and they never put sauce or anything in your bag The morning shift is about all that’s does their job that’s about it
