The worst experience ever and I order from this McDonald’s quite often. I placed an order at 10:32am on the mobile app and was at the location within 5 minutes. I had to pull forward and wait on my food and did not receive it until 11:01am. What is the point of ordering on the app if I have to wait and other people in the drive thru get their food. I had two small children in my car screaming. I had two people finally come out and ask what I ordered. Just ridiculous.

Literally sat here while they took 5 orders on the inner lane and 0 on the outside lane. Had to call to remind them people are pulling out of line because they can’t seem to remember they have 2 lanes

I'm always here in the late/early hours of the day. I always get sweet tea with extra liquid sugar and this is the only location that doesn't give me a hard time about it. The night crew is nice and friendly.

They actually listened when I said light cream and light sugar in my coffee. Most times I get cream with a little bit of coffee when I go. The breakfast crew was really on it today! My food was hot and fresh.
For a McDonalds this is actually a really great place. The food was what was expected. The service including the general Manager went above to serve us as we stopped by. And we were able to let our son experience the play area as I was able to do as a child myself.
