Service was slow late at night, so it was expected. The order was completed, but chese was added to a burger that shouldn't have had any. Went inside to correct the burger. However I was ignored for nearly 5 minutes before anyone asked what we needed. Needles to say all other food was cold before order could be fixed. Poor service won't be stopping again in the near or distant future.

Me and my friend placed 2 mobile orders, and we gave our codes at the speaker as we are supposed to do. We didn’t stop at the first window, as nobody ever does for mobile orders unless you want a receipt. Woman at the second window, who looks to be a manager, gave us the wrong bags, so we waited there until she opened the window again. We then told her we received the wrong order and then she proceeds to get loud with us yelling “WELL WHAT DID YOU ORDER?” Which we thought was absolutely insane. She then yells at us again saying its our fault for not stopping at the first window, which okay fair if that had anything to do with it. As an ex mcdonalds worker, you’ve never had to stop at the first window for mobile orders unless you want a receipt. Absolute insanity coming from a manager, all her employees around her looked embarrassed.

Ordered Big Mac with extra onions...got NO onions...no pickles...one slice of cheese and burger patties looked like hockey pucks!!! Bun dry and crumbly. Tasted nothing like a Big Mac! Not first time this has happened. Won't be back!!!

I am always asked to go park in a spot and wait for my food. This time I have been here for 10 minutes. All the other spots are full too. I will not be back. This is not fast food. Wendy's doesn't make you wait and it's right down the street. Their sandwich are just as good if not better.

Very nasty barely any lettuce on my chicken sandwich. Girl in drive through argued with me over a small fry. Picture shows what's not in the bag . the girl in the window had a very nasty attitude.
