Stopped in for a quick snack. Pulled up to the outside lane of the drive-through with a mobile order, watched two vehicles go through and get assisted, so I had to drive up to the first window and give them my code. Got to the second window, they handed me my Coke, and asked us to pull over to spot number two. When they finally brought the food, there was virtually nothing on our cheeseburgers, almost no ketchup or mustard, there were absolutely no onions. Absolutely horrible!

Every time we come here there’s an issue with something in our order. Especially the iced coffee’s when you try to add caramel drizzle. The service is not very good or friendly, depending on the shift. Trash is always full, inside and out. Always an annoying beeping and workers running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Tasty food, clean restaurant. The tables had embedded screens that the kids could play on while waiting. In the middle of our meal a large group came in and used the restrooms without ordering and then the sewers started flooding out into both bathrooms and the kitchen. The staff handled it very professionally, letting us know what happened and asking us to leave when we finished eating. They closed the dining room and appeared to be closing down the whole restaurant as we packed up and I saw water rising in the kitchen. Sounds like this was not their first rodeo with this issue, so it may need a larger fix.

Went through drive-through ordered two double plain cheeseburgers for my son got home, which is 30 minutes away. They wanted me to bring food back in said it was a policy with the receipt. Also, my coffee was not made properly. I asked for the manager spoke with the manager and he said that was his policy to have the food and the receipt I said so you want me to keep the food until the next time I come in to town he says yes I said well, sir I work Food myself and we replace whatever we messed up without having someone bring back in their food, poor management
Traveling through, ordered inside, kiosk is right by the door. Food was delivered fast and hot.

Gave the girl at the window. A $20 bill for a $9 order short changed me $5 pulled up to the next window. Told the worker there. He went and got the manager manager happened to find a $5 bill and told me that it was mixed up with the five and one that she gave me back and I missed it all the while yelling at me about it. I asked her how did she end up with the five that I was missing. I even handed it to another worker to count. He came up with the same amount and then the manager randomly comes out with a $5 bill yelling at me saying it fell out. It was mixed up in between the one and five very rude. Unprofessional. Do not go here. If you go here and pay with cash, make sure you count your change because that girl at the window will rip you off They will rip you off

I didn't go in but I went through the drive-thru and the lady that was taking the money it was very nice when she interacted with me as well as when she interacted with my daughter showing her her beautiful nails just something you don't see going through a drive through normally it's just rushed and very rude but this lady was busy but wasn't a rush to hurry people through she made sure she was cool calm and collected I wish I knew her name cause I'd mention it here she was just so polite and nice
