I had a coupon, so I couldn't use the kiosk to order. The self order was confusing because after making your choice, it gave you an option to personalize it or something & didn't seem to take your order. Mostly, I disliked the bareness of the place, like something futuristic & very impersonal. I really missed the signs with the menu & people to take your order. Yuk!Parking: You had to cross where traffic entered for the drive thru.

The workers weren't really public friendly they weren't awful but they were a tad rude and instead of laughing and chatting with each other they should have been cleaning the damn place bc from what I saw , this is the nastiest McDonald's I have ever been it .. it was a mess and not just the normal mess, this place was disgusting... The food was excellent but with it being so trashed.. how clean were the utensils that were used to cook the food?? All in all its a place I recommend driving right on by, maybe the next city will have a McDonald's worth spending the hard earned American dollar on... If I were any of those employees who lost manors, I'd be embarrassed to work in the dumb..

It's McDonald's, that's all. Decent, quick food when one is hungry. I despise the kiosk ordering system. I don't like to eat or taste pickles, yet I only saw a "- +" for making "changes", so I selected "-", which I thought meant "none". Well, it doesn't... it means "less".I much prefer to deal with people.Again, it's McDonald's, fast decent food for the cost...AND, this is not a knock on this particular McDonald's. The people I dealt with were, ARE, totally professional, personable and smooth, quick acting, just what one would expect.

The worst McDonald's around! I keep trying to give this place a chance to improve for it to only disappoint me..tried again tonight...nobody would answer the drive thru speaker...there was a line of people behind me. They never have apple pies ready in mornings, burn them when they are, burn the English muffins for sandwiches, ALWAYS forget something in the drive thru orders, andnever have decaf coffee made.

I stopped in for a break during a two-day-long interstate drive. The restrooms sparkled, the cleanest I have ever seen. I paid the employee her earned compliment and she beamed. The team there cares about their customers, the restaurant and the logo on their shirts. It was moving for me to see selfless values in action.
