After spending all day every Sunday in the kitchen meal prepping for the last 3 years, we decided to try Nourished Lifestyle Co. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! These meals are so good, you forget that they are healthy. More cost effective than meal prepping myself, no time in the kitchen, no dishes, perfect portions, huge menu selection, and taste amazing. Thankful for my daughter and son in law who suggested trying them. Nourished will forever be a weekly service in our household!!!
