Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

we went in on a Friday afternoon the server was very polite I am gluten free the only thing that was wrong with my pasta it didn't have enough sauce they bring out a tiny little container of pasta for the whole plate my husband got an entree that was $22 there was no flavor he sent it back he talked to the manager she would not even give him a gift card cuz he didn't want to eat at the moment he was so disgusted he went out to the carI got mine to go he will not come backthey want to have you pay high prices but they don't want to give you what your post to get they are very skimpy

What else can you imagine from a place like this. So commercial and insulting to Italian food and wine. Its always been what red lobster is to seafood, just a fast food quality option of authentic food. The only redeeming quality is their hard work to hire good wait staff. Beyond that you'll find cramped space, overpriced alcohol, waiting to be seated 20+ minutes, and food you'll be visiting the toilet for later that night.

The server brought the wrong food. Graciously we kept it. No drink refills were offered until we were leaving. We had to ask for breadsticks and then wait. None freely offered or brought to the table. Maybe he was just having an off day. We all do.

I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola to go, which used to be my favorite pre-pandemic before it was removed from the menu. Unfortunately, it's no longer my favorite. The pasta was incredibly dry—there was hardly any sauce on it at all. I ordered the steak medallions medium-rare, but they were overcooked. I wouldn’t even call them medallions—they were small chunks of meat that seemed like leftover pieces, smashed together. Also, when you order something with gorgonzola, you expect to actually see the gorgonzola and spinach, but that wasn’t the case here. My order was also supposed to come with two breadsticks, but they were missing from the bag.

Overall, I’m really disappointed.

Ruined our valentines dinner. I know they get busy on this day, but we showed up an hour early with a reservation. Come time for our reservation they said another half an hour. Then again and again. 2 hours later we just left. Don't take reservations if you can't handle it.

We had a wonderful young man named Amari as our server. He was so pleasant and polite. He made our visit much more enjoyable! He did a fantastic job with a smile on his face the entire time.

Four of us ate at Olive Garden in Zanesville Ohio February 7, 2025. The food was very good, one of the only places I can get gluten free pasta. It was amazing. Our server was Amari C. He was the best! I wish I would have thanked him more in person. We will return very soon.

My father and I went in for his complimentary meal for veterans Day and Wow, just wow! The hostesses were very courteous and kind. We had a very short wait. Now the good parts.... Our server.... Adilyn... Not sure of the spelling, however this young lady was amazing. I have it dined out and had such great service and such a long time. I want to honestly compliment her parents for raising such an outstanding young lady. Thank you for such awesome service. You dear will do great things!!!

I always order the same. Just love the salad and bread sticks. The staff always make you feel welcome and very friendly.
