We waited outside with other cars as they made our beef and broccoli only to watch them serve multiple people who came in after we did. They completely forgot about the cars they had waiting. The food was not worth the wait.

45 minutes before close and they turn off the lights as I pull in and basically tell me they are out of everything but rice and beef and broccoli. Totally unprofessional and rude my first time was completely ridiculous and most likely will be my last

Many many many times I get the grilled teriyaki and this time I ordered extra and YET AGAIN I don’t get ANY teriyaki. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous.
We ordered at 7pm for a 730pm pickup. Forecast for pick up was 710pm if we hadn’t selected a later pickup. At 745pm when we arrived, it wasnt started and they were out of several of the items we selected. The chow mein we received was mostly cabbage and then they gave us a wrong entree.

They changed their containers, shallow tray...small portions. They thought we wouldn't notice. I have had undercooked rice before this last time. This could be a great fast food chinese place..but it lacks fresh food. It needs a complete revamp. Test kitchen needs to get better flavors...not saturate it in sauces. I really would like a different choice of selections. I have heard negative comments about the food.

This is the first time I've walked into Panda Express and my order was ready on time. (I order online from a Panda Express near my home and the order is up to 15 minutes late.)
This location is clean, staff seem to work well together, and the food was tasty. I appreciate having the calories and protein right on the dishes.
