The food is always good but I don’t understand why I keep ordering on the mobile app to pickup in an hour but STILL have to wait 15 minutes for them to START my order! I always order Beijing beef and know it’s made to order but I thought that’s why I order ahead!!

Food was okay....I had to change my daughters diaper and there bathroom is huge and yet no changing table! Like come on how are places still not having changing tables!!

Stop weighing out the food. Today my daughter & I got the Sweet Fire Chicken. Mine was all chicken & no pineapple. My daughter's was all pineapple & no chicken. Saw some guy in there about a year ago who looked like he was on steroids strutting around the dining area like he was the new manager. This is when weighing the food started. Obviously this was his idea. People are not going to keep eating there if they continue to fill the bowl 3/4 full of rice, get all chicken in one bowl, & all pineapple in the other, because they are being intimidated to weigh out cooked food by some steroid freak manager who has obviously learned this portion sizing from his experience with steroids, growth hormones, & protein. Get rid of the muscle head manager & the scales, & continue to serve good food like you always have. We love Panda Express.
