Bought 3 green goddess salads at this store right before close all three salads were made wrong. They left the avocado out. When I took one of them back to the store the manager literally said what do you want me to do about it. And got nasty with me told me to leave threw stuff at me and proceeded to tell me I was trespassing. And got up in my face. This was the manager!! They need to retrain their upper level staff đ€Ź

Food is always fresh! Staff was very courteous. Also I happened to leave my phone on the table and we left. Once I realized my mistake we doubled back. Not only did they find my phone but put it in a charger for me as it was nearly dead!

I came around 2ish on a Sunday, the girl working the window rude as could be. âWhat do you wantâ . Pulled up paid & asked for my receipt. That was like pulling someoneâs teeth she said it was in the bag but it wasnât. Instead of arguing Iâm writing this . No need to be that way. You choose your job . If itâs dealing with customers all day then learn some customer service. Inside they are always wonderful, this was my first drive thru experience and I wonât be doing that again.
The food as always is great! No complaints, hot & reasonable time in waiting.

Spouse and I ordered the pick 2 and he got coffee. Coffee was cold had to go tell them and wait for more. Asked about pick 2value menu. Was told they arenât a franchise so they donât do that. Our puck 2 for 8.98 ended costing us almost 35.00. Quite a lot for 2 people Probably wonât do that again

We ordered the pick two advertised on tv and was told that this location did not honor the advertised special price. We will not return to Panera because of deceptive advertising.
This place was really good and felt like one of the only places in town to get a healthy meal. The employees really don't care, especially the drive thru ones. It's not very clean many times and the food is declining. Sad.

I've been going to this location, every day, for a long time; however, today was the last time. I received extremely bad service, which is normally ok because the food quality is excellent, but today I received a salad that looked grotesque! So sad that the girl that served it to me thought that it was ok. My prediction, is that this place will be out of business by year end.
