Today I came through for lunch, I ordered on my app prior to leaving my job with my allergen information (gluten allergy), came to pick it up, and was very rudely told it wasn't ready yet at the window. Upon pulling up to the window I waited for a few minutes before they gave me my order, but didn't tell me anything about how it was made or such so I would know it was safe, no cross contamination etc. I decided to eat my salad anyways, because why would I throw away a $20 salad and fruit cup? I figured since I put my allergy information in on the app it would be safe. My bag was handed to me out the window sealed, and I didn't stop to look at the salads until I was already back at my work. The avocados were brown, and the dressing cups were less then halfway full. Sucks for how much I spent on this meal that it's not even fresh or worth the spend for a dry salad with next to no dressing. This is not the first poor experience I've had at this location. My last time I came through on a friday at 10:30 I was told soup isn't ready until after 11-11:30 'on the weekends' despite my app telling me soup is ready at 10am. Hopefully these are one time issues and won't continue for other customers in the future. I myself find it hard to continue to dish out $20 for a single lunch with the poor service and brown food.

I could barely hear the young man at the cash register. When asked to repeat, he didn't help me to hear. We finally made it through. I received my take out and drove home. Food was good. Order correct.

Not what I expected

Bought 3 green goddess salads at this store right before close all three salads were made wrong. They left the avocado out. When I took one of them back to the store the manager literally said what do you want me to do about it. And got nasty with me told me to leave threw stuff at me and proceeded to tell me I was trespassing. And got up in my face. This was the manager!! They need to retrain their upper level staff 🤬

Food is always fresh! Staff was very courteous. Also I happened to leave my phone on the table and we left. Once I realized my mistake we doubled back. Not only did they find my phone but put it in a charger for me as it was nearly dead!

Got a rock hard bread you couldn't eat. Raw bacon I had to recook. Rotten strawberries in my fruit cup. Threw it out.

I came around 2ish on a Sunday, the girl working the window rude as could be. “What do you want” . Pulled up paid & asked for my receipt. That was like pulling someone’s teeth she said it was in the bag but it wasn’t. Instead of arguing I’m writing this . No need to be that way. You choose your job . If it’s dealing with customers all day then learn some customer service.
Inside they are always wonderful, this was my first drive thru experience and I won’t be doing that again.

The food as always is great! No complaints, hot & reasonable time in waiting.

Spouse and I ordered the pick 2 and he got coffee. Coffee was cold had to go tell them and wait for more. Asked about pick 2value menu. Was told they aren’t a franchise so they don’t do that. Our puck 2 for 8.98 ended costing us almost 35.00. Quite a lot for 2 people Probably won’t do that again

We ordered the pick two advertised on tv and was told that this location did not honor the advertised special price. We will not return to Panera because of deceptive advertising.
