Horrible customer service from a girl named Austin. Rude as can be, the put an ungodly amount of onions on a pepperoni pizza and refuses to remake it because that’s what she rung it up as. Previous orders on the app and I’m sure in the system will show we always order a pepperoni and cheese pizza nothing more nothing less.

Order the other night and was not disappointed! Not only was my pizza beautiful and hot as sin. It’s was delivered so fast I didn’t have time to get hangry and check my phone to see how long it had been since I placed my order. Great job!

I haven't ordered Papa John's in some time. I was surprised to have my order taken by an offshore call center, and the person barely spoke English. I picked up the pizza, rushed home, only to find the two most disappointing pies I've had in a while. Both were missing banana peppers. I would blame the call center, but one of the pizzas had banana peppers listed as an ingredient for the house pizza. Now, the real issue is that both pizzas were half-cooked. The crust was like eating white bread. The pepperoni was completely uncooked, as if it had come straight from the package. It cost a lot of money to have to use my air fryer at home to finish cooking the pizzas. Good Luck if you order from Zanesville Papa Johns on Maple Ave.
