Pure racist disrespectful and unhygienic

Very rude!! I called to change my order the manger was very rude after I asked to change this to delivery.. ended up canceling my order after saying they don’t have it and didn’t let me know.

Last 3 times i ordered ,food was made skimpy.who wants to pay $7.99 for papadias and have barely any toppings.last two new yorkers had to add cheese ,all sauce n crusts.ordered 2nite,worst pizza in yrs.ordered shaqaroni because said extra cheese,didnt have reg.papadias only one that was made like use to be was the philly.should be called the shaqaphony.called tim asked to put sauce on side.was nasty with me like last two times.after i asked like past didnt respond,said are you there.raised voice,said yep.nothing said,said ,ty.he hung up like last two times.very rude!wont deal with him again.if owner isnt there,not ordering!!!!!!maysville pike.

We order dinner tonight and it was so good!! We haven't ordered from Papa Johns in a long long time because the last time it was 4ever to deliver, was cold and dry. We decided with all the new things they have listed we'd give it a try. It definitely won us back.

Ordered online for pick up. When we got home it wasn't what we ordered. Had to call and got told they had no record of us ordering. Then they found our order. This isn't the 1st or 2nd time this happened. They did replace the order thank goodness.

Ignorant answering service Indian lady hung up on me once, then screwed my name up, despite me S-P-E-L-L-I-N-G it out for her, then the staff in the store were rude when they couldn't figure out why they couldn't find my order...

Parking: Parking lot is full of pot holes once you past the drive window and try and turn around. Be careful.

The moment when u get a replacement order and the replacement order is screwed up? So I was assured that my order would be fixed and that the reason it was messed up was because of new employees and I totally got that however I ordered my replacement order and it was still wrong and u can’t tell me that all the employees are new almost a month later! I am done going here this $hit is not worth the hassle!!! So much for freaking dinner. Thanks for nothing again! By the way their wings are falsely advertised that they are tossed in sauce they are not they are drizzled and I mean drizzled barely 😅 in my job if I did that I would be in deep crap 💩 and to do it more than once lord!!! Never again waste of money 💰
