Not great at handling busy times. The server didn't verify our food was correct (it wasn't) after dropping it off at the table and hurrying away. After waiting for 5 minutes without seeing her we decided to just eat what we were given. Didn't get a single refill. The pizza is so greasy I could probably use it to fry chicken.

Ordered delivery tonight said it would be 40 min....it was 20 or so and it was the freshest, hottest pizza ever. Very good!!

My wife and I stopped here to celebrate our first date 8 years ago on 9-11. The first date was in Lancaster, but we decided to be content with going to another Pizza Cottage and forego the 2 hour drive. The waitress was extremely friendly, attentive and she made sure that the order was absolutely perfect! Pizza Cottage is one of the best pizza restaurants that I can recommend!

I ordered delivery from here, it said approximately 40 minutes, we waited an hour and a half.when the food finally came it was cold. I don't blame the restaurant it was door dash delivering, future reference if you order from here get carry out.
Consistently slow and unconcerned about it. Staff is friendly and food is noticeably better than comparable pizza restaurants, but price is too high and service is slow to the point of ruin

I recently just had my 50th birthday party at this location and their back room. We had upwards of 82 people that came through between the designated hours. Our server Daniele ROCKED IT!!!! Everyone was satisfied with the buffet style that we had. Highly recommend Pizza Cottage
