Two small dine in parties, phones weren’t ringing at all, and still a 70 min wait for a large pizza and breadsticks…
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Recently ordered pick up, picked up the food and went to the car. Noticed we didn't get the dipping sauce we asked for. Went back into the store to ask about the sauce and they stated they were out. This was for the cheese bite and ranch flight pizza. THE WHOLE REASON WE ORDERED it was for the sauce. They could have let us know this when we placed the order, or at least when we got there to pay..not AFTER we paid. And had to go back into the store. Once we got home, checked the food, the pizza was terrible looking. The bites were hard and not even filled with cheese hardly. Looked like it sat out for hours. Tried to eat it anyway, it was absolutely disgusting. Bread sticks were hard, and the wings I wouldn't even feed my dog. This was by far the worst experience we had. Called the store multiple times and did not get an answer. Unfortunately I was not able to return to the store due to having to go to work. Called the next day and was told a manager would call me. It's been over a week and no call. Only an email from someone pretty much saying sorry and they would tell the store. That's it. I definitely probably won't be back. Waisted money on food that wasn't even edible and no one fixing the issue is terrible customer service. Do better.

This place used to be a lot better. Our bread sticks did not taste like they were cooked long enough, they didn't have any straws, plastic utensils and pizza not cooked lo g enough, we asked for it to be cooked extra time

Not sure who made our pizzas, but we didn't even order thin crust pizza. Bet you couldn't get pizza any thinner than this pizza! (see pics) Our pizza was so thin, it drooped while trying to eat it. Gross! That's not pizza, that's just SAD. 🤢 They skimp on flavor and crust, just to be cheap. Sad. What has America come to? I get better-tasting pizza just by getting Digiorno, not to mention cheaper!

Consistently inadequate staff. Although over priced, the food is pretty good. The staff is friendly. But you will be waiting far longer than you ever thought you could. The wait times are horrendous. And it is consistent. Terrible for DoorDash orders. If you order drinks, you will not get them. You will be charged too much for missing items and cold food.
Ohhhhh, so good! Bread sticks were the best! Love them and our pizza was terrific too! Along with wonderful service!!! Trifecta of fabulous!!

The food here was fantastic, but the dining room needs a deep clean. I had a birthday coupon I wanted to use and was told I had to order through the app to use it. I was fine with that, but was then told we couldn't eat inside because of not paying the dine in tax.

Went and picked up a large pizza for my parents and while paying they had a roach crawl across it where she just sat my food and I said "that's a nasty roach" then proceeds to tell me she sees them often. Pretty gross would give a 0* buy ya know. The pizza was thrown away there after.
