Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Had a bit of a wait, food on the house. Food was excellent btw.

Just went to popeyes today Sunday September 22 at 4:53 PM. The staff was worthless they gave us day old fries chicken was garbage from setting out for hours. Call them to tell them our thoughts about wanting a refund and they hung up on us. You guys have just lost life long customers.

Omg the worst Popeye's ever!!

Drove 45 minutes to cure a craving for Popeye's chicken. Ordered an 8pc Spicy Tender meal with mashed potatoes. Got home and opened it up to the realization that I received an 8pc mild bone-in wings with macaroni and cheese. If you choose this location, check your order before you leave. Lesson learned. Not likely to return to this location.

The food is plentiful and tasty as always but the service is SUPER slow.

I went through the drive thru and no one answered. I go to go in and the doors were locked. Another lady came and said they should be opened so I looked on the windows and it looked to be opened as there was trash on the tables and lights were on. I look to see if anyone was in the back but apparently they walked out as I seen their uniform on the counter. This place needs better management and or workers. I can not believe that people actually does this stuff. I for one think that the need to hire better managers that knows how to run the place and hire reliable employees. It's a shame because the other lady that was there was telling me a girl a month ago was upset because the manager up and quit while on shift. THIS IS THE ZANESVILLE OHIO LOCATION ON MAPLE I haven't worked in 21 yrs but worked in the food industry as a manager and regular employee and this would never of a happened if I was working there.

Door dash needs to take them off their site ordered several times always cancelled. Went today doors locked 1 worker only she couldn't do my order don't know how they stay in business where is management???? Owner??z

They didn't have anything. Food was cold to start with. They didn't have any sides that I wanted. They had no drinks except Diet Coke, Sweet Tea, and Lemonade but they were out of ice so the drinks were warm as piss. The meal I ordered came with 2 apple pies and I didn't receive them. The service was horrible. So all in all my experience there was the worst ever. If it was possible to give them anything less then 1 star I would.

By far the worst experience I have had from a Popeye's. They didn't have much of anything available, to include soda. They only had Sprite, when I questioned why I received sprite he rudely told me that "We only have sprite, I told you that!" Had I known that I would have altered my order. The food was awful, cold and tasted like it had very old oil was hasn't been properly filtered or was overheated, left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I still like Popeye's but not this location, will never return.

Very fresh chicken took several minutes to fulfill order but well worth it.

It's 2 o'clock and the store isn't open. The doors were locked when i first tried at noon, and they're still locked and nobody is answering the phone. The open sign is flashing but nobody is there. There are no signs stating that there is an issue forcing their closure. It's as if nobody showed up to work today.

Stopped here for lunch and wasn't a clean table in the place. No straws or forks were stocked up in there trays. Trash was overflowing and it wasn't busy at all. Food was alright but I've had much better at other Popeyes! This was Zanesville Ohio location.

This used to be a great place to get chicken but anymore it's slowly going down hill. The young lady cashing people out needs to be fired. She would ask for something from the guys in the back and would say this isn't my store.

I got a chicken dinner with drink. The drink tasted like cleaning solution and the chicken smelled and tasted like it was cooked in 3 month old oil. I can see why they have no business.
