Couldn't even order. Stood at the walk up window for 8 minutes. The manager looked my direction and turned her back to me. Only had one car in the drivethru and one other customer behind me. I walked away. Terrible service!

Won't be back. Asked for a team member bc the AI got the order wrong. Had to repeat my order 4 times to the boy on the speaker and he still wasn't comprehending what I was asking for. Got to the window had to tell him AGAIN while the bald guy stood around eating food not even attempting to help him. He asked us to pull around. We waited 20 mins and the food was not even correct when they brought it out. You really should have people working the window who know what they're doing and this wouldn't happened. He was having trouble with everything. Didn't even get our receipt. Horrible service and food.

The in-person presenting window customer service needs more improvement with their friendliness and just genuine care about their job. The AI ordering system isn't very user-friendly through the drive-thru. It rushes you while you verbally are ordering items and repeats itself. Over a 2-month time period, the large orders placed to feed 5-6 people have been incomplete, missing 1 or 2 main meal sanfwiches from the bag 2 out of the last 3 visits.

Workers are disrespectful and had to take my order 3 times (the employee didn't know how to work the register and the "manager" wasn't attempting to do anything but flirt and joke around with the grill line boy) and they still didn't get it right, I gave up and asked for a refund after waiting almost an hour for them to tell me that the boy didn't know how to put the order in but they'd already charged my card $35 and I never got the refund back on my card after the manager assured me that it would load back in 7-10 days, I'll never go to this Rally's again

Don't go they tried to charge 3.19 for a glass of water granted the water is free but you have to pay $3.19 for the paper cup use to love rallys but won't go again they are just ripping people off and if the economy isn't bad enough now we get price gouging for a glass of water this restaurant chain is a joke what a bunch of rip off artists

Ordered hot dog with chilli ..absolutely disgusting..couldn't even eat it..the bun just fell apart ..had to throw it in the trash or end up wearing it in the car...never again
