Everytime I've been here their food was either soggy, or tasted as if they re-dropped old food and served it to us. Sad, Rallys used to be one of the best food places in zanesville. Fries are always fresh, unless you go at 10 at night. Then you better ask for them fresh. Otherwise, be ready for re-dropped fries.

Had a hard time ordering our food. The automated speaker didn't understand what I wanted. Then went to pay for food. I wasn't allowed to have food. All I had to pay with was a 50. She couldn't except that. Then I called in to ask manager why. I got hung up on. Let me tell you they always screw something up on my order. Their food is not that good. Will not be going back.

It was ok, the 2 people working seemed tired. Food was good but coming out at uneven times and they forgot my apple pie so when I went back, I got a very cold apple pie my BBQ burger had very little BBQ on it, waited for fries so one of two were actually hot . Other than that .... Still better than the West pike choices.
