Staff was great. Only area of improvement is on management. Servers were working hard to keep up with a moderate dinner rush. The challenge for the servers was having to bus their own tables. We noticed about 5 tables in our scope of vision that were vacant and set sideways to let patrons know that they hadn’t yet been cleaned. For such a high traffic location it was peculiar to not see bus helpers dedicated at least during the dinner window. Everything else was on point!

Very friendly environment. The staff always accommodate my friends and I while watching games. The food is priced very well, and is very good. The wings not to mention are the biggest in town. If, by chance, you do have any issues, the management will do whatever it takes to make things right.
Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap parking are in good location.
Kid-friendliness: The staff make it a very kid friendly environment. The paper menu's and crayons keep them busy, and if you want, they will change a tv to something just for the kids.

While waiting on an order I used the mens restroom. It reeked of urine. The order was supposed to be ready in 20-25 minutes. It took 35 minutes. When I got to the hotel, found the wings were nowhere close to well done. I was unable to eat them. At least the half salad was good.
Stopped in at Roosters for dinner after shopping at the mall. The place was clean, not crowded and Emily M. was our waitress. She was fast our order was spot on. The mini corn dogs were great, Wings were mild with a side of Donkey sauce great flavor and the sandwich and salad were great. My only complaint is the food was just warm so it must have sat for a spell. Their Ranch dressing wasn't that good. But all in all it was a good experience and good food with great service.

Food was NOT GOOD. Not only was the order wrong they never even delivered the proper food. Waited an hour and never even got my dinner. I revived a $40 gift certificate that I gave away. Absolutely horrible experience. I highly advised you go else where.

We come all the time and whoever was the cook tonight did not know how to make a chicken wrap. They were full of chicken fat and like an inch of cheese that was still cold and the size of the wrap was about half the size of usual. The service was good.
