I was at Roosters in Zanesville last night and wanted to give a shoutout to our server, a younger girl with brown hair (I believe her name was Maggie). She did an awesome job taking care of our table. She was kind, patient, and handled everything so well — especially considering some people in the group were being unnecessarily rude about the service. I felt awful because she truly didn’t deserve that. I just wanted management and staff to know she did great and that at least some of us appreciated her.

Came in the second night they were open, the lobby was full and it was a bit crowded but the staff didn’t let it get to them at all, they were non stop pushing orders out to the customers, wait times were long but it was well worth the wait. The wings were still hot and delicious when I got mine so I have no complaints at all.

My favorite place for wings since 2000 when I discovered them around Columbus. Haven't found any others to match since! Emily/Emilee(?) waited on us tonight. She was attentive, bubbly, and fun. Others should take note, this is how you get a great tip! Thanks Em!

My wife and I stopped in after doing some shopping. We haven't been here since the first year that they opened. The food was very good, service was great, but I didn't personally like the seating in the middle with the raised up booths. To me without any divider in the middle there's not much room between you and the other booths on the other side.

Just picked up my order and drove 35 minutes home and even though I ordered all ranch dressings with my 3 orders of chicken they gave me blue cheese. I hate blue cheese and I ordered extra ranch which is blue cheese. WTH? I ordered dumpster tots, two orders and I paid for an extra sauce, got the extra sauce and never got the 2 that are supposed to come with the tots. 😩 They also look like they cut the portion sizes. I'm very disappointed. This roosters continuously drops the ball. I'm over this location.
Music is usually loud but not as much today. Service is good.
