I was at Roosters in Zanesville last night and wanted to give a shoutout to our server, a younger girl with brown hair (I believe her name was Maggie). She did an awesome job taking care of our table. She was kind, patient, and handled everything so well — especially considering some people in the group were being unnecessarily rude about the service. I felt awful because she truly didn’t deserve that. I just wanted management and staff to know she did great and that at least...
Came in the second night they were open, the lobby was full and it was a bit crowded but the staff didn’t let it get to them at all, they were non stop pushing orders out to the customers, wait times were long but it was well worth the wait. The wings were still hot and delicious when I got mine so I have no complaints at all.
Went in for my second time today and they seemed to have a much better grip on getting customers in and out. Wait times were much better. Was still very satisfied with my experience.
