The store itself is fine but had a bad experience with their pharmacy. I had a prescription that my usual pharmacy (CVS) didn't have and this Sams was the first place i could find that had it. I dropped off the hand-written prescription and when I went back to check after not hearing anything for days they said they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance as to if it been approved or not. I waited a while longer, still nothing and then I finally got a paper directly from my insurance saying the medication was approved. I took it in to show to them and they wouldn't even look at it, said that they had to contact them directly. So at that point I was done and I asked to have my prescription back so I could take it somewhere else and they refused to give it back, said that another pharmacy would have to call them to transfer it. Thankfully I found a Meijer that had it in stock and by the time it was transferred to them they had it ready in a matter of days. I firmly believe that they were just being lazy about it and didn't care to have my business. The first and last time I will ever use this pharmacy.
