I just want to take the time to thank and appreciate one of your employees that works here and the one located on Zane Street. Her name is Kayleena and she is the nicest, respectful, and most caring barista I have ever met! When I first started getting my cold brew, she would take a moment to talk to me and see how my day was going, ask me questions about my kiddos, ask me if we are excited for Christmas etc. She always stopped and talked to me.

Just stopped by and ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher. When I ordered I asked the young man how he was and placed my order. When I got ready to pay he said,” this is in me. You were the first person that was nice to be all day!! It pays to be nice!!

Starbucks is a busy spot, but the service is good and the employees are incredibly friendly and nice. Despite high prices, customers appreciate the convenience and positive energy. The staff provides excellent customer service and is very professional. The new layout is interesting and designed around the most efficient drive through and pickup. It’s always a great experience, from the warm service to the cozy atmosphere. This is the best Starbucks coffee and the drink is made perfectly—delicious and consistent as always.
