Starbucks

Why would a manager tell me if my drink isn’t right they want to fix it and make it right (after telling them i don’t like to complain i used to just throw it away if it wasn’t good) so i actually start doing this and asking it to be remade and then today, Christmas Eve, get told by the same manager that maybe I should seek a new location because i ask it to be fixed when not right. So I guess when your told one thing, that’s not what they really mean by saying it 🙄 and I go everyday sometimes twice a day but that’s okay, I simply won’t bother spending my money here anymore. The other girls that work at this location are always amazing so it was disheartening that the manager treated me this way today. Not sure why it’s my fault if the drinks aren’t consistently made the same way each day 🤷‍♀️

We messed a drink at another starbucks went to this and they gave us the drink for free really sweet worker's thank you ladies!

Terrible experience. It took over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. I had to leave and asked for a refund. They ended up charging my card twice.

Absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. My drink was made perfectly—delicious and consistent as always. It’s always a great experience here, from the warm service to the cozy atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite locations!

Went inside to order, due to an issue on the app stating they didn't have a specific item. Waited a bit before a barista acknowledged us, which is totally fine, they are busy, but when ordering my partners drink, they stated that they could not do a tea topped with peach juice, which we have done. Refused to even attempt to listen to what I was trying to say and my partner ended up panicking and ordered something entirely different than what they really wanted.
Very unhappy that my partner could not get what they wanted and I would understand if it was a super ridiculous request but I feel as though it was reasonable and considering we had done it before cancels out the baristas statement of "we can't do that" and not to mention, the attitude in their voice while saying it is what caused me to write this review.
I understand if they misunderstood but to not even try to listen to what I'm trying to order is ridiculous. Especially when you're paying so much for a drink.

People working here are great. I visit 1-2 times a year and it is always a pleasure. A lady behind me was looking for specific gift card versions and they went to the back to find more of that design. New layout is interesting. It does not seem like a hangout Starbucks, so designing it around the most efficient drive through and pickup makes sense. The hightop tree trunks are nice to use while waiting.

I don’t know what they do but this is the best Starbucks coffee I’ve had pretty much anywhere. They also have the nicest staff! Excellent customer service and very professional!
