Went inside to order, due to an issue on the app stating they didn't have a specific item. Waited a bit before a barista acknowledged us, which is totally fine, they are busy, but when ordering my partners drink, they stated that they could not do a tea topped with peach juice, which we have done. Refused to even attempt to listen to what I was trying to say and my partner ended up panicking and ordered something entirely different than what they really wanted.
Very unhappy that my partner could not get what they wanted and I would understand if it was a super ridiculous request but I feel as though it was reasonable and considering we had done it before cancels out the baristas statement of "we can't do that" and not to mention, the attitude in their voice while saying it is what caused me to write this review.
I understand if they misunderstood but to not even try to listen to what I'm trying to order is ridiculous. Especially when you're paying so much for a drink.

Meh ...nothing to really say. Overpriced coffee is over-rated coffee.

A worker this morning in drive thru added little hand written notes on our cups. I always appreciate people going over and beyond to put a smile on someone’s face.

This Starbucks used to be the one I would drive to. The past 2 times I’ve gone there, has been less than accommodating.
Went there for Veterans Day, they had 2 options. Would not break that. Went to another Starbucks and gave me whatever I wanted for free.
The week before I took a cup that I bought there. The cup broke. Because I didn’t have the receipt they wouldn’t let me return it. I had the receipt on my phone though.
Won’t be going back to this one for awhile.

Went through the drive-thru, really helpful recommendations from whoever took my order. Very friendly at the window. Much appreciated going that extra mile to just be friendly with customers. Drink was great too

2 stars because everyone was nice and it was somewhat quick but that was the most expensive worst Hot chocolate I have ever tasted

This one used to be super fast and I'm not sure what they have changed but since they've opened back up they suck. Every time I play some mobile order it tells me 4 to 6 minutes I expect it to be closer to around 10 however when it turns out to be 15 to 20 minutes and I walk into the store and they're fully staffed and somebody is standing there doing nothing. The shift manager is a blonde and all she was like oh I'm so sorry. Get some good Management in there and get these employees actually doing their job. I will also complain to corporate about this
