This one used to be super fast and I'm not sure what they have changed but since they've opened back up they suck. Every time I play some mobile order it tells me 4 to 6 minutes I expect it to be closer to around 10 however when it turns out to be 15 to 20 minutes and I walk into the store and they're fully staffed and somebody is standing there doing nothing. The shift manager is a blonde and all she was like oh I'm so sorry. Get some good Management in there and get these employees actually doing their job. I will also complain to corporate about this

They were busy but the service was good and the employee was very nice. I had a gift card for there so that was the only reason I went there, prices are to high for me.

I unashamedly order from this Starbucks at least twice a day. I work at the Sephora in Kohl's behind it, which makes it so convenient for me, but I'd go even if it was 10 miles in the opposite direction. It's always extremely busy, but even in an insane rush, every barista is always so nice and I've never once had an order mishap. The energy is so positive, I don't mind spending $9.25 for my chai with blonde espresso...lol. And I honestly don't even love Starbucks' coffee--it's just this location that makes it so worth it.

2 visits ago we placed our order from the app only 2 drinks and took over half hour to get our items, go back a week ago again put our order in on the app, instead of walking in we went to drive thru and she was not very Friendly and kept helping another batista on the computer and seem to ignore us, not very professionalParking: This area is so conjested and very small

Very disappointed. Apparently your birthday reward is good for ONE day only. Nevermind the single moms out there that work and can't just run to Starbucks whenever they desire. I went the day after my birthday only to realize that my reward no longer existed. When I asked if this was the case and said it was literally not even 24hrs, I got a "Yep".Total bummer, Starbucks! Can we get a grace period? I know it this was not always the case as it shouldn't be. Do you not realize the big impact that small gesture makes on your customers? You give and then take it away? That is so wrong.

They sometimes forget to put classic in my drink but mostly everything is okay. When they make a mistake IF I HAVE time they will remake it. Only bad thing is my card was double charged up to $217 from all the times together they (store manager) told to call the 1800 number had to show them my bank statement for them to stall me so I had to dispute all incorrect transactions with my bank to get my money back. 217 worth of coffee would have worked from the ppl who did it thoughParking: WATCH OUT PEOPLE BACK OUT LIKE CRAZY'S AND COME FROM THE DRIVE THRU VERY FAST
