I love this coffee shop, it's much better than the one further north and Zanesville that no longer has a lobby you can sit down in. This is a much better Zanesville location it's got tables and chairs in it where you can sit and visit.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to. I was on a one-month travel contract, and I came here to study often during that time. The employees are very welcoming and kind. The environment is great for studying and one of the days I was studying some sweet girl dropped off a gift card at my desk with a sweet note. This place gave me a lot of joy away from home

I waited for over 20 minutes for two drinks. I had to leave and asked for a refund. Instead of refunding my money they charged me a second time. I had to make a separate trip in order to get my refund. Terrible experience

Very good coffee the food is a little on the expensive side.
I’ve always loved Starbucks, but lately whenever I get cold foam, they’ve been so skimpy with it and barely give me any. For the charge being an extra $1.25, I should get what I’m paying for. The past few times I’ve gotten it the layer is so thin that there’s almost nothing on it. Below is a picture of it taken right after I picked it up, and last time they were even more skimpy with it

Tastes like they run hot water through reused grounds, so you get water with an essence of coffee and creamer. Worst Starbucks coffee I’ve had and it seems to be an every day thing. I will say the employees are always super nice though! But I’m gonna stick to the Starbucks in Northpointe center.
