You need to scan a barcode while getting your drink, this wouldn’t be bad if it worked with one person but two people are required due to it being broken. No one is cleaning the dining room so you have to sit at a dirty table.

The staff is friendly and helpful. My issue is the fact that I have to scan to get a drink or if I wanna refill. The least expensive item on your menu and the least expensive item for you. Is the most hardest thing for me to get. Did not enjoy this. I doubt I will come back to a Steak ‘n Shake again.

Terrible service terrible food. All I could eat was the fry’s. I sent the burgers back because the bun was like concrete. The manager literally threw it on the table and walked off. The new bun was no different.

Absolutely put off with kiosk ordering and scanning barcode to get the drink fountain to work...seriously? If you don't trust the customer, put the fountain behind the counter and serve us...like the good one days....I won't be back.
