I come here once or twice a week and get my ham and turkey extra turkey and the morning ladies are wonderful! I love them both!!! I went this evening and couldn't believe the difference in service. I asked for my normal and she slapped the meat on and I had to her extra turkey again and she said I did and I said no you didn't. Im used to the morning shift being kind and folding the meat....3 turkey, 3 ham and 3 more turkey. I said to this girl will you please make it how you would want to eat it and she said I AM! I said it doesn't usually look like that! So I got all my toppings on the side so I could eat it like it's usually made foe me! I will never go there after 4 again! Thanks morning ladies you rock!

Have previously used mailed to my address coupons at this location. Went in to try one of their new Signature Series sandwiches and was proceeded to be told that my coupon was \\\"not accepted at this\\\" Subway it was only \\\"accepted\\\" at \\\"participating Subways\\\" and they are \\\"not participating\\\" and taking coupons any longer. Furthermore the attendant left and \\\"snickered\\\" as we left because we were hoping to use the coupon that we were mailed, \\\"humiliating\\\" us and \\\"be rating\\\" us and making us feel \\\"belittled\\\" because we were using a buy one get one free coupon that Subway sends to its patrons to use

Refused to take any coupons advertised, workers told me it was due to management “losing too much money” so my whole order was double what it should’ve been because when I went to pay they said their manager isn’t accepting any of the coupons advertised. I’ll be going to a different Subway in the future that will honor the deals they advertise.

Zanesville, off Maple and Military location, in a strip mall. Price and quality more than fair. Service experiences was great which keeps me coming back to this particular Subway location.

Both employees on line were blatantly ignoring CDC recommendations. The first girl was wearing her mask around her neck, nowhere near her mouth or nose. The next had her mask on her face..but her nose was out and she had touched her face several times. We are in the middle of a global pandemic. I'd expect management to provide better training and supervision. Covid 19 is being taken seriously at every other restaurant in the area that I've visited.

When I opened this to write a review, I read the previous one from Kelley Nicholle. I could just copy and paste it as my experience today was almost the same. The only difference is that two employees on the line had their masks under their nose and the 3rd employee was correctly wearing hers. A woman stepped up to the counter as I was paying and told them she wouldn't be staying to place an order because they weren't wearing their masks correctly. I agreed with her and stated they were not protecting anyone or the food. I have frequented this Subway since it opened but I don't know that I will be back while we remain in a pandemic. Apparently the management hasn't made any changes since Kelley's review.
