How hard is it to follow directions and NOT add sour cream to something??? Also, this is the only taco bell that can't make a 5 layer burrito, it's supposed to have a second wrap. Will NOT be returning.

Food was really good and the person at the drive through was quick and polite.
This place is a circus. At least a 20 minute wait for food. Worker was yelling at a guy who got his own cup when they forgot to give it to him. I stood up for the guy and they refused me service and kicked me

When taking the Taco out of the wrapper the whole bottom of the Taco peeled off on to the paper. The food was melded together and soggy.The chips were dumped out of the tiny bag in to the bag. I ended up feeding it to the birds. I have been eating @Taco Bell for over 50 years, both in Michigan and Ohio. This is why I was so Extremely disappointed in Toco Bell's Food.

Chips and cheese tasted old. The rest of my food was also not fresh. I shortly after became sick. I will no longer be going to Taco Bell on Maple Ave, Zanesville. They need to just close down permanently.

Depends on who's working. I've had super fresh food and amazing service through them, but here recently when we go the foods warm/cold almost. And the workers seem to be irritated when taking orders. The amount of sighs is insane.
This location is in need of some better quality service.

Tonight was kinda crazy. I've never waited over an hour at a fast food restaurant for a moderate amount of food before.

Hours are open til 3 am on fridays but with a full line they closed the restaurant at 12:30am

We were on a family trip on Saturday and stoped for lunch (12:30). The doors were locked but people were eating inside! A customer got up from their table and opened the door for us but at the same time an employee approached us saying they were closed! When I politely asked why, I was told that they were closed until things slowed down…there were only five cars in the drive thru and only one person in line to order at the counter. This is bad business and poor customer service. This location definitely needs new management.

Friendly staff. They have a $5.60 deal with a drink that serves as a late night snack. All are tasty. To get a drink included makes it a real deal.
