I can not remember the last time we have gotten food for either my fiancé and I or the entire family and had the entire order correct. Absolutely every time we either have to go back through the drive thru or go inside to get missing or incorrectly made items. And that is if they even have the food we want available at the time which they’re usually unable to fulfill one item per visit.

2 times in a row now I've wasted money ordering on the app and they are out of something or say they can't make what i ordered and they never know how to help with the refund service I'm still waiting on an email back from my last order
Their soda machine was dumping out ice nonstop, none of the sodas had any flavor in them, wrong food multiple times, dirty ass lobby as well as disgustingly filthy bathrooms.
Food was overcooked as well as undercooked, missing items, and wrong items. Really wondering how you can mess up so much when it’s not even busy. Will never go back
