I don't understand any negative reviews of this restaurant. I've ordered delivery from them multiple times and was pleasantly surprised the first time, wondered if it would be so consistent the second time, and found myself ecstatic the third time.
This restaurant is akin to the Taco Bell of my youth. It fills me up with less *items* than I've found with most restaurants. I generally order heavy as well. My last order not only fed me that night, but fulfilled my midnight snack with leftovers. And it tasted great!
Some restaurants lose my business after the first order, some I try twice and forget, but this restaurant has not only earned my trust but will get my business as long as they keep showing me the same greatness that they have shown so far. 5/5 all day.

Ok. If you're looking for a place to come in from the cold today, this isn't it. It's VERY cold in here. I understand it's cold outside. But it's bundle up and see your breath cold in here. I haven't had Taco Bell in a while and was not ready for ordering on a terminal with no employees in sight. Call me an old fuddy duddy. But I didn't enjoy that at all. Especially having to take my gloves off to use it. Seeing how cold it is in here. I don't understand how a multi BILLION dollar international mega company can't turn the heat on in the dining area.

We went inside to eat. The inside looked clean. We stood at the counter and had to use the touch screen to order. Not a single employee acknowledged we were standing there. I counted 6 people working behind the counter. There were a couple cars in the drive thru line when we walked inside and 2 people waiting inside for pick up orders. The food was as expected when visiting a fast food restaurant. It was hot and tasted fine.

Genuinely the worst Taco Bell on the planet. They seem to purposefully mess up orders. Not giving all toppings on tacos, I’ve been served watered down mtn dew when I asked for no ice. I’ve asked for light ingredients and they gave me extra ingredients. Avoid at all costs

We got 4 steak breakfast crunch wraps. Couple pieces of steak and half a hashbrown. Also they are very tiny for the price. Also overloaded with sauce

I don't know what's up with this Taco Bell, but it is horrible. They always get the order wrong. It always takes forever to get your food. There's always somebody in there arguing with the staff about how long it's taking I really wish I had a different Taco Bell closer.

Worthless can’t even put meat on taco and expect everything to be okay because there are kids working but the mangers won’t make it right
I attempted to order on door dash and it was cancelled twice; I called the store because the dasher reported that Taco Bell was closed. When I called them, someone answered and said they decided to close at midnight, rather than 2:00 AM, due to short staffing???? This was never updated anywhere

I can not remember the last time we have gotten food for either my fiancé and I or the entire family and had the entire order correct. Absolutely every time we either have to go back through the drive thru or go inside to get missing or incorrectly made items. And that is if they even have the food we want available at the time which they’re usually unable to fulfill one item per visit.
