It's not Mexican, but you don't get taco bell when you want Mexican cuisine. You get taco bell when you want taco bell or if you're a little backed up and need a more help than coffee can give you.That said don't be rude to the people working there, the consequences of your poor life's choices aren't their fault, they're just trying to get through their day like you. I shouldn't have to say this but in general you shouldn't mess with the people that handle your food.
I pulled in there last night there's like five six cars in the Drive-Thru so I said all right you kids go in and order your dinner my nephew walks in there at 7:40 at 8:05 I walk in there and ask him what's going on he said I'm waiting on my food I stand there at the counter they're too busy trying to get everybody plus the other five 10 cars that pulled in after I pulled in through the drive-thru window my nephew was the only one sitting inside waiting on his food we had to wait on it for 25-30 minutes I finally spoke up and asked when's he going to get his food then they just started working on it I'll never go to this Taco Bell again South Zanesville Ohio I could understand if they were understaffed but they weren't there was like seven to nine employees standing there all worried about that drive-thru window

They are always closed when they are supposed to be open they just throw food together never listen to orders and when you have door dash they accept orders and then close the store so the customer has to cancel their order the Maple Ave store is the worst.

A lot of arguing and cursing behind the counter, and the lady that game me my food didn’t give me my drink cups and when I asked she said give me a second, that second turned into he finishing another order and him asking for his and then I finally get mine. She was very rude and acted like I was the problem. I didn’t complain about waiting almost 30 mins to get my food and another 10 for my drink cups. I usually don’t go to this one and I won’t again.

I ordered nacho fries and a beefy melt burrito… I live not even ten minutes from it and my cheese for fries only filled half the cup my nacho fries were cold and also the meat on my beefy melt burrito was cold! I prefer morning shift more than eating night here cause everything is not cold.
