If you’re working in customer service then you should be friendly! This Taco Bell acts like they are just miserable and are very slow. It’s supposed to be fast food! It’s almost every time I order that they can’t get my order right and usually have items missing. There is barely anything in the tacos. You pay more for the food and are still hungry. It doesn’t seem to be worth going for a meal! Do better!!

Got crunch wraps with no meat or cheese. Went back in this morning and the manager said he watched a video and said only one of themwas messed up. No apology, no let me fix that for you.... He said I'll replace them just this once, acting like I was the problem. I asked if he wanted to look (I still had one in the bag and pics of the other) but he wouldn't look. My older son happily ate the veggie wraps. I just wanted an apology and then to correct the mistake. After he treated me like that I asked for a full refund and I let him know I usually love this place. I've never once had an issue here till now. The food mistake is never an issue but bad customer service is.

Was really hoping 3rd time would be a charm ordering in the drive through, but today proved wrong, Will not go back. Today I asked for the discovery box, 1 item was unavailable so I asked for a sub, she didn't know what I was asking, so I chose another box, 3 of the 3 cheesy rolls up were not cooked, cheese fell out of all 3, didn't receive the 2 orders of cinnamon sticks, 3rd time there and the order is once again wrong and missing items. I asked for sauce packets and she told me I'd have to pay for those..? So I did, got like 6 cups of some kind of sauce, not packets. I asked because she didn't. Should have gone to the taco bell on Maple Ave. They are friendly, always ask about sauce, order is always correct, my fault for going back to the one that is closest.

Wow! Stay away from this place. Order took 20 minutes to make with no one else in line at the drive-through or inside! The order was wrong and missing food. When addressing the issue with the worker just stared like she was lost? No words at all. Handed recept, and she walked away and started remaking our order? Three other workers stood in the back on their phones. Never did get the rest of our food. We left 20 minutes later. My wife ended up with food poisoning.
