Came for some tacos because of the high rating, and I was not disappointed, queso birria tacos were really good, I ordered some tamales which were really good as well and I ordered a bowl, it’s like chipotle but 10x better!

This is one of the food vendors inside The Downtown Exchange. My wife's taco contained black beans, rice, shredded cheese, and avocado, which the server kindly substituted for guacamole. My wife thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything here is incredible! You can tell the food is made with care and love. The portions and prices are really fair and the flavor is booming! I recommend the nachos and burritos! Try the horchata water drink! It's subtly sweet almost like egg nog.

I ate here and highly recommend! Staff was super friendly and their options are great. I got some taco Al pastor and they made the pastor fresh right in front of me. Black beans were awesome and had a good kick to them. Finished it off with an ice cold pineapple Jarrito

Vegetarian options: Guac, nachos, beans, rice, and great veggie toppings

Parking: Street parking all along Main Street

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids

Wheelchair accessibility: So much space for wheelchairs

Tacology and the Downtown Exchange area are really great; I hope there is enough interest to make it work. Why 5 stars? A burrito isn't complicated and the ratios of the components are very much up to personal taste. My measure for a burrito is if a Burrito is better or worse than Chipotle. The Pastor burrito really hit the spot; and an extra .5 stars because the two people working yesterday were super kind and made the short interaction an experience.

Alright tacology is the taco stand in downtown exchange operated/owned by local Tlaquepaque and El Parin owners. This might be a middle ground for the classic North and South battles for food supremacy. Kind of like Donald's vs Darrell's. Darrell's was king but it's been downhill for years, imho. I'm an El Parin fan. Once it opened, we kind of stopped going to tlaquepaque, which is good, but El Parin is amazing.Back to tacology....These tacos are extremely tasty. On Tuesday, they have taco tuesday for $ 1.50 each..I had 2 steak and 1 chicken. The guacamole was okay, as was the mild salsa. El Parin has the best salsa locally and I hope they bring that salsa to tacology.5 star tacos ? ?
