Bagel was cold and bacon barely looked cooked, I requested bagel toasted with extra butter the butter wasn’t even melted that is how cold the bagel was. The hot tea,donut and hash brown was the best thing out of the meal

the food and people are great. I go with my daughter she loves the iced coffee and the girl working in the window always interacts with her when we come through. Its the highlight of her day before school. It sets her up to have a good day. Cant start our day with out Tims!

if i could give no stars i would. just horrible, we didn’t even get coffee, we’re only focused on drive thru orders not helping those up front. horrible. spent 20 minutes trying to get coffee and walking away empty handed.

Eiyan from Zanesvillel ohio was a top dog. I had surgery today and wanted a long John. At 5:30 pm he made me two because they were out. I could tell he made them with a little special feel good cream. Thanks Eiyan.

I am typing this as I sit in the restaurant. My goodness. The remodel was awful. It turned a comfortable spot into a place that is unwelcoming, corporate, and unpleasant. The message is loud and clear. Get your coffee, and get out. This is so sad to me because Tim Hortons has always been a place to meet with people over coffee. Not anymore.

Soooo disappointed with the remodel of this location. It used to be such a nice and comfy place to have breakfast. But now it’s just another bland restaurant with white walls and no character. There’s hardly any seating anymore either! I used to really like coming here but now that the atmosphere is so cold and liminal I’ll probably find somewhere cozier to enjoy a coffee. No hate to the workers though, I know they’re doing their best and this is not their fault.

I am rating this restaurant an all-around one star. I had not been there since they renovated and I was looking forward to it as I usually enjoy their food. But they were very rude to me when I attempted to go to the drive thru to order a dozen donuts. The girl just said, "Well I made some a while ago, but now I don't have enough for a dozen." And then dead silence. No "I am sorry". Or "Can I get you something else?" or "If you wait a bit, we can get more." I suppose I am just being an old fogie, but it was plain bad manners. They had always been my first choice in town for breakfast sandwiches because the quality was good and the service was good. I was willing to pay a bit more than say McDonald's because of these factors. But now, I will be going elsewhere. It seems to be a trend to be rude without cause these days.

I stopped at this location an hour before closing I was moving and needed a snack and ice capp with expresso so I ordered ice capp with expresso and was informed I couldn't get expresso the machine was down for cleaning ok no problem I then asked for a toasted bagel with butter and was informed they closed in an hour so toaster was already turned off????? so I moved on to a sandwich nope we told you we close in an hour we can not make you any food items well that makes no sense to me I can understand being out of things downsizing not restocking because your closing in an hour but why bother asking what I would like if I can only order some drinks,not the time Hortons I'm used to for sure my time must set the bar high . Do better
