Let me tell you a tale of a restaurant that is bound and determined to continue to serve the lowest quality food possible. Over the last year I have visited this establishment about once per month. From the very first visit until my last visit today, this establishment has served awful food and today was by far the worst. I ordered a very simple meal of two biscuit sandwiches, consisting of egg and cheese. Not only were the eggs lukewarm and the cheese was flat out cold, but they also had an unwelcome crunch with every bite. You might ask, "what would be crunchy in an egg and cheese sandwich?" Well that would be the burnt food that obviously came from an unclean grill. Very disgusting. I understand this is a fast food joint, but you people have absolutely no pride in your work. You know you're serving sandwiches that are cold and that do not reflect your advertisements. All of your menu item pictures are complete BS. You know it and I know it. You should be sued for false advertisement. Have some pride or close down this place

Maple ave store in Zanesville, ohio.I ordered a ice capp and received wrong drink. I called in and the manager told me to bring it back, to get replacement. I was not able to come back for another three hours, I had an appointment. When I told her I couldn't bring it back and that was crazy to think I would keep the drink three hours. The manager hung up on me and never replaced my drink. Horrible customer service. This place is going down hill. I am now going to 7 brew, I recommend 7 brew.

We were traveling through and stopped by for a coffee. The cashier was very friendly and helpful and let us know about current promotions. We got a donut, timbits and two drinks. All of which was made correctly and the drinks were both nice and hot. It was a very pleasant stop.

Drinks are often thrown away because they are so gross. You’ll get one good one in every 10 visits. Waste of money and everyone’s time. Shut down and teach employees how to make the freaking drinks.

Asked for half the sugar multiples times before and occasionally they listen and put half the sugar. About every 2 visits they mess it up. Went this time and it’s so sweet I can’t drink it. I ended up throwing the whole thing away like I normally do because it’s basically syrup… if there was a closer place to get coffee I’d go to there instead .

Ordered a BLT, They said okay but the only problem is that we won't have Bacon Until Tomorrow!!Lol. So I got a ham and cheese on a croissant. The menu picture made it look like it was a warm Croissant. I was surprised to see a good size rectangular bun(?) And it was cold. But it had like lettuce onion and dressing on it. Not really what I was wanting or expecting. I also ordered a med iced coffee flavored. (Tasty) mostly ice thou. She told me the cost was gonna be like 11.60. Wow. Won't go there again without Coupons. Oh well live and Learn. And by the way, I received coupons with my change. They were for beverages mainly. Hope to receive coupons in the mail like I use to. I have been to Tim Hortons 5 or 6 times. I'm sure I'll return! Usually I don't stop because you're so busy and there are 5 to 10 cars in line and I cannot wait. Just saying.

Staff is friendly and eager but ultimately incapable. Employees are worked beyond what they can handle and as a result service is slow and often inaccurate. Expect to wait. The doughnuts are little more than wet tasteless paste in your mouth. Not much difference from one flavor to another. Far better service and food can easily be found several places just down the road.
