Boyfreind came to get me food and he was trying to order no hello, they just said what basically. Didn’t get to finish saying what he wanted to order before they said pull up and my bf had to keep ordering but they kept repeating thing. And then didn’t get any of the food right cuz of it!!!! It was a group of boys.
I know this Wendys is in a tight spot with construction around but these guys got it going on. They were busy which is good and they kept their control and made it happen. 💕 The burgers were hot and meaty and chicken sandwiches were with nice size piece of meat. Frosties are thicker than my hips and that's totally cool (no pun intended )Haha Merry Christmas 🎄 🎁 and thanks for feeding my family on this adventure. See you next time!

Have must up our orders multiple times told us we had to go back through the drive thru for them to fix our order because it was a safety issue after we waited 20 minutes

Went through Drive-In said I wanted a bacon single and a cup of water. They say a bottle of water I say no I want a cup of water. Pay with credit card, get my food, go over Park and there's fries in there. So now I know they just charged me a meal and I go back through the drive-thru. The manager tries to charge me for a water because they gave me a large water. I say no I just said water. He says well if you got a large water we have to charge you for the water. I said here you can have your large water back and give me a small water then. He takes the large water and throws it in the trash. Then they can't refund me on my credit card for some reason. But they can't give me cash. So now I got to come back tomorrow to get my $5? I mean why didn't the guy at the freaking window asked me if I wanted a meal when all I said was a sandwich and a cup of water? And why did they have to waste a whole large cup of water and then give me a small water? And throw it in the trash like I did something wrong? And then not just give me freaking cash money back? So I got to waste my gas to come back over here tomorrow right? Do better.

The manager is super unfriendly here , her name is Pam and the way she talks to her employees in front of customers leaves a lot to be desired
