Whoever the guy was working the drive thru at 10 pm on a Thursday was super nice. My nuggets and food were hot and fresh. I was almost deterred by the bad reviews about service and cold food, but I'm glad I gave this location a chance.

I hate this Wendy's. I drive the extra 10 minutes to the one off Airport, because this oneAND FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, has been nothing but issues with literally every single order. The drinks are always flat. Carbonation machine there is trash. They ALWAYS get orders mixed up, and the staff likes to use their hands, ungloved while making your food. I watched this first hand when I had to come back once again for another issue, which was a whole meal that was missing. They guy prepared my food with 0 gloves and I immediately requested a refund. Do not go here

How hard is it to put butter in the bag and a pickle on a hamburger? Yeah, they deserve 15 bucks an hour. I could see if I got more than one in 20 orders right, but I have just gotten to the point that I eat the surprise that gets thrown in my window. I'm tired of driving back to get it made correctly, because who knows what secret sauce is added on my second time around.
