Easily the worst Wendy’s in zanesville. The drive-thru takes forever, the food is always cold or messed up, or they just forget to give it to you. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Had to go to McDonald’s for a Big Mac and tea bc they messed it up so bad. Even my dog won’t eat anything from this Wendy’s. Sad, that such a simple job has become too complicated for some individuals. Will not be back, they are consistent in one thing, and that’s getting your order wrong.

Went through the drive through took forever for them to take our order. Went to window and waited for another 15 minutes before we got the food. Wendy's wasn't busy, no one inside and no one was in line for the drive through. Should not have taken that long. P.S. I work for the Wendy's, I expect better than that.

Went through the drive thru was attempting to use the app we were low on cash at the time so we were using the app for a deal to stretch our $. Well wouldn't you know it crashes at the drive thru the polite young man told us to pull around they'd take care of it. When we got there it simply wouldn't load the deal was just a spring circle. Exited the app and brought it back up, same thing. After a minute a short haired short woman came to the window screaming at us we tried to explain we had only been there between 1 and 2min and she got unhinged screaming that we were making the customers behind us suffer, and to pay up for the food. At that point we'd had enough and left. Seriously this woman lost it over something small that wasn't our fault. Will absolutely never go here again. The young guy working the window was polite and tried to help. Feel sorry for the poor kid with a boss like that
