The car in front of me at the window waited for their food and I was 15 minutes. We still no food. That is ridiculous during a rush.
This is the SLOWEST Wendy’s anymore. Do not try going if you’re in a hurry or if they’re busy.

The apple bites they gave to my little one had mold growing on them. And smelt horrible. The lady at register gave her a sugar cookie and apologized for it happening.

The cashier was very rude and disrespectful.
And the food was not all the way cooked.And I had encrypt fries, that I was eating.I could taste the frozen and still on them.

This location has gotten rapidly and steadily worse and today was the final time we’ll be going here. Using the app here is a complete waste because no one knows how to use it. Ryan was the server tonight and had to stop after every single solitary counter order. Don’t know how to use the app. Didn’t know how to void another customer’s order. Missed another 2-guest party’s chili. Missed another customer’s behind the counter condiments… Couldn’t find the new limited time menu item option. Better training or keep him away from the counter is sound advice. I finally walked away when I was told “oh I don’t know how to void her order (from the customer in front of me) and she walked out without paying”
Pay attention, love. Fairly certain he was actively avoiding the register and dawdling with something akin to getting orders ready. Was also actively avoiding eye contact. Own up to the mistakes instead of ignoring them. I know I wasn’t the only one and when we left, the line was at a perpetual 3-4 deep.
