I went there for lunch today for the first time in about 2 years. Had to wait at the counter for about 7 minutes because there was no one working it. Then my roast beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries were cold. My shake was good, but I was very disappointed in Arby's today.
Always just the nicest customer service. One of my favorite stops in Ada! 5 star everybody ✨️

I ordered a $30 door dash meal earlier this evening, because I can’t leave work at the hospital. It arrived, soggy sandwich and no fries, neither of my shakes were included (order for Nathan)… I will literally never dine with this Arby’s again, especially when I’m only getting a fraction of my refund back, in 7-10 business days. Bad service standards here.

Quiet, clean, courteous, and friendly.Parking: Other than the long drive through line parking was fineKid-friendliness: Not the most kid geared place anyway but durable furniture and clean accessable tables for high chairsWheelchair accessibility: Had parking and ramps and auto door openers

Both wife and I got sick eating here. We were in for a HS football game. Both had roast beef and curly fries.Manager was very loud. Lots of yelling. Lots of people goofing around too. Not very professional.Do not recommend at all. Photo proof that we were there.

October 2nd, 2023, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 French dips and 2 double roast beef ordering extra au jus. I was given none. What's the point of ordering French dips if they forget the dip???
