I have not been to Arby's since the last time I went and they failed to put in my phone order and when I got there they were very rude. I decided to try online service I go to pick up and by the time I got home the fries were I e cold it like they made them this morning and I got them at 6pm.

I went there for lunch today for the first time in about 2 years. Had to wait at the counter for about 7 minutes because there was no one working it. Then my roast beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries were cold. My shake was good, but I was very disappointed in Arby's today.
