As we all know, Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service. But this time they went out way beyond customer satisfaction. I’m a truck driver and I was passing through town close to their closing time.. so I called this specific store 14 minutes before the closing and told them if I can put a request over the phone and come pick it up right at 10 PM. The team was very understanding and had my order ready for pick up right at 10PM

Since I have been coming here as usual, the food is great, the service is quick and easy. The staff are all kind and keep the place clean and stocked. They all always respond with "My pleasure," as I've heard Chick-fil-A staff are all strictly required to repeat.

Went through the drive thru and order a couple of combo meals. When I was handed the food and drinks, I asked the worker if I could have a couple of straws, and she responded with, there in the bag. When I drove away and looked in the bag, they weren't in there, nor were there any napkins. The food was good.
