The cook doesn't know the difference between fish and shrimp and wait doesn't care

Wait staff was great. Fries and Cole slaw were good.
Other than that it was a complete mess.
I had fried fish and jumbo shrimp.
Fish was not flaky inside the fried exterior, it was mushy. Shrimp was good sized but very bland. I think it was over fried.
Wife had livers and gizzards. Both were over fried. Gizzards we're tough. Perhaps it was an off day in the kitchen. Other reviews said good things so we overlooked the fact that the Parking lot was empty at 530pm on a Saturday and decided to try it anyway.

We got food to go. We ordered fried chicken strips, oyster poboy, & and a la cart catfish filet. The catfish was the star!!

We were passing through and thought this place sounded amazing!!! So happy we stopped!!! Great service!!! Amazing food!! The sauces were soo good!!! And leftovers for sure!!! Our waitress was a doll!!! We will be back!!

I took my grandma along with my four month old to eat here today. The food was amazing! Best catfish I’ve had in a restaurant. Our waitress was the only one working, and she was so kind. My grandma is legally blind, so maneuvering her safely in and out along with a stroller is tricky. I was struggling a bit on the way out, and our waitress came and walked my grandma to the car for me. It really meant a lot to us. We’ll be back!

Wonderful, tasty Southern foids. Best grilled fish ever. Gizzards served are very good and not greasy at all. High quality, clean fry oil used. Crispy coated fries.

Long time foody, first time diner! Lol I had the fried shrimp po boy w/slaw & a side of fries (extremely hot be careful!) because I misread the menu & thought they came with plus a side. Other than that, it was very filling and pretty damn good! Idk what sauces I had but the very attentive waitress brought it out w/my meal, both are good btw. As a large guy I was happy with the serving size. Idk if they have any dessert but man, a nice hot blackberry cobbler and a scoop of homemade vanilla icecream would have been the icing on the cake for me! I'll be coming back for sure! Gotta work my way through the menu! I gave Pigskins a try a while back and NEVER went back, if yall did BBQ you'd put them out of business!

Tried this place out and I was Glad I did. I Git the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and fries. Definitely was more than enough on the portions. It came out quick and great customer service as well! Definitely worth the visit! Would Highly Recommend!

Not enough side selections. Cole slaw not good, beans with rice, no. 2 times have ordered fried oysters, please easy fry not too crisp. They were burned black on the edges. Won't be back.

We had popcorn shrimp with sides and it was all delicious! The server was awesome!! The restaurant is older but it was clean! Price was not bad for the amount of food we received!
