Jackie, the manager is absolutely the sweetest. I ordered take out, and being pregnant I wasn’t about to wait to eat my wings. 🤦🏼♀️ My wings ended up in my floorboard. I called to get another order, and of course being pregnant I’m already crying. Jackie kind soul quickly had more wings for me. I can’t thank her enough for turning a bad moment into a brighter one.

I never go to places under four star reviews this place had 3.5 star but this place is next door to my hotel and it was already dark didn't feel like driving anywhere. The service is great the person that took my order was great I even left the tip I asked for my burger well done in my fries crispy my fries with Crispy but my meat on my burger was red I can't eat red meat I asked specifically well well well done I had already left for the night didn't feel like coming back

New to the area and have always loved Applebees but this location is just terrible! The first time I tried it the wait was ridiculous to get our food and after we complained they told us they only had one fryer. Decided to give one more try and again there was hardly any customers we waited 30 minutes for just an appetizer which was the chips and cheese and the cheese was cold. We got our food at over the hour mark which was just 2 burgers and again the fries were cold. Would never try this place again and wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait hours for food.

All 6 of us arrived at 5 p.m. there were two or three people in there already. We got seated right away took our drink orders and went down heal from there. They took or food order and it took 2 hours bf we received our food. Thats a little much considering we were the first few people I there. When we finally got our food it was dry and fried way to long. It was nasty.

The Fiesta Lime Chicken was Hot and Loaded with Flavor! Drink are always cold! And Desert was Super Sweet! It was the perfect 3 pack combo for me. My service was excellent! And I enjoy seeing other customers haven a Good time. Go spend sometime at your Neighborhood Applebee's 🍎

We came 2 days in a row (we are staying next door) and Jaden has been our waiter both days. He is AWESOME! Very attentive. Most servers don't remember to put lemon in the tea on refills and he always remember. We have enjoyed his service very much. Keep up the great work

Do not waste your time going here. Waitstaff is not attentive. And getting your food is a joke. There was hardly any tables with people in them and it still took over an hour for our food to come out.
Hi. So I was skeptical to try our small town Applebees bc of all the negative reviews & my friend wanted to go so I decided to give it a try without any expectations. I started mentally reviewing in my head the moment I walked in. We were greeted with smiles & a welcome to Applebees, seated quickly. There was about 5 other table/booths being dined in. The waitress was kind & gave us time to order & got our drinks promptly again served with a smile & are you ready to order. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Dish & it was delicious. Chicken was tender. Noodles were perfect and was piping hot. My beer came out as a draft in a nice cold glass & the booth we were sitting at was clean to me. I was being extra picky bc of the other reviews & honestly I can’t complain about our experience tonight at this Applebees. I was overall impressed & definitely wouldn’t second guess another visit. Sometimes people are so quick to review negative’s experiences and only the negative which can make a restaurant look really bad. I think it’s important to leave honest good reviews as well. My experience was a 10/10 tonight. Thank you Applebees. 🍎

We came to Altus and wanted to eat at Whataburger. We eneded up at Apple Bees instead. I ordered the Sirlon meal. It was burnt and tasted like a damn tire. I wanted Broccoli, but I was informed they no longer have that as an option. Well fix your menu! It took 30 minutes to get our food. It was not busy at all. Maybe 3 customers.

I don't if it was the gummy talking, or if I was just starving, but the mushroom swiss burger with that sweet sauce, was arguably, a top 3 burger that I have ever eaten.. I was surprised at the quality, flavor, and overall execution of this culinary masterpiece!!

We went in and even though there was plenty empty tables they put us on a waiting list so we left. Went to Western Sizzlin and had a great state good waitress and the place was pleasant we will not go back to Applebee's in Altus.
