Hamburgers were excellent. Ice cream was also good but they lack a true variety. Too many odd flavors not enough traditional. No strawberry? In fact no berry flavors at all.
Only at this location. Dirty floor. Employees looking like they haven’t washed their shirts. Taking your order like they don’t even want to help you and rushing you. Not very welcoming. Oh and seeing your burger like it was smashed or something cause it just look like it is.
Never come here for junior size frozen yogurt ice cream. They gave me a sample size of thing for $1.99. :’( Sadly I will go to mcdonalds for icecream/yogurt.

How can you eat biscuits and gravy without no fork if people are not putting a fork in the back that’s bad service I threw my biscuits and gravy out the window because I didn’t have a fork

I was so disgusted by the filth and bugs at this Braums. There were bugs flying around the ice cream and there looks like mold on the ceiling near the menu signs. The tables were all dirty and needed wiped down and there was food and trash all over the floor. The windows are nasty. They have not been cleaned in a long time. Bathrooms smelled and were to dirty to use. If the public areas look like this, can only imagine what the back and kitchen area looks like! Will not be going back.
