I've been giving them a chance trying ti change my opinion but everytime I visit altus Braums I leave sadder than when I came. This store serves drive through first before any lobby customers. My boys (11 and 14) wanted an ice cream when we went to get a gallon of milk. I understand this was at 930pm after a ball game team came to eat. There were at minimum 6 employees walking back and forth from the freezers to the grill and not one of them acknowledged them standing there....
