Look, I'm a food service vet, and I can say for sure that the amount of times these ppl get orders wrong is unbelievable. I have had 4 out of 6 orders incorrect here, I also tip well only to have my order wrong. It makes me livid. They will not give you a sub that is hot or been put on the grill at all, no matter how you say it.3 out of the 4 times my order is wrong its that they don't put it on the grill. This jersey mikes is one of the best I’ve gone to. I really enjoy the sandwiches, hot and cold. The #13 Sub inns Tub is my go to (try it out.) The customer service is probably some of the best in town honestly. They always work very efficiently. They’re kind & helpful. The inside is always really clean & so are the bathrooms.
