Absolutely love CFA. Always known for great service and food. The employees are extremely friendly but I have never been to a CFA that consistently forgets sauces, straws, food, etc. Every time I go here, which is often, something is wrong. Disappointing for what I consider the best “fast food”.

I'm visiting my daughter at her first duty station here in Altus. I have never had waffle fries that taste so horrible at a Chick-fil-A ...the fries where fried extremely too hard almost like a potato chip and they taste like the oil was burnt or old. I did not noticed the fries until we got back on the base. After an almost a 6 hour drive to Altus, I did not want to go drive back to the restaurant. My daughter stated that when she gets her fries from this location she has to sprinkle water on them, put them in the microwave in order to eat them, as if this is the norm as she loves chick fil a. I told her like I'm about to say here .... Unacceptable!!! The reputation of chick fil a is being ruined at this location.

DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER APP. Unless you want an additional 10 minute wait. This location is either mismanaged, understaffed, or just caters to the drive through lane not the mobile order lane. Every time I use the app and go through their mobile order lane. I am always waiting an additional 10 minutes. No matter the order size. Always have to check my bag before leaving. This location is always missing something.

It’s chickfila, delicious and usually fast. However, most mornings I get breakfast here they are not prepared. This is usually blamed on “training.” The wait tends to be long which is very frustrating on a tight schedule.

Ordered a chicken biscuit and ended up with a biscuit with two small pieces of bacon!!!!!! No chicken! Done with this place
need to work harder on mobile orders. Acknowledge when a customer walks in to pick up their order with multiple orders sitting on the counter. I imagine a lot of people don't get the correct order because they picked up someone's order by mistake.

Big fail today. Placed online order, waited in the drive thru line, was told to go park because who knows why, waited some more. Received order, drove home and, yes that's right, one item that was paid for was missing from the bag. Let's see how long it takes to get a refund.
