Overall I'm giving a 5. Food is good and service is very friendly. The only little gripe I have is with their salads. I've ordered salad several times and always with grilled chicken nuggets and I've only gotten the grilled nuggets once. For whatever reason they can't get that right. But it is still good so oh well.

Routinely, missing items or getting the wrong item! Absolutely ludicrous with the prices charged!
I must say I love Chic fila. They did change my mind. I went to the store and ordered a take out. I bought stripes and sandwiches. They gave me a bag with my order on it. I trust chic fila. I got home the 4 sandwiches where missing. I searched my car no they dint fall out of the bag. I called the store. I got the corp office in Georgia. I then sent a dm to the owner on Facebook. This was over a week ago. I just want it to be made right. Now I feel unheard and disrespected. I did everything I could do with receipt in hand. I guess they gave my food to someone else. My money's gone. My money and that of my family and friend's will be permanently gone from thier business. I feel that I have been treated that I lied. The lady in Georgia said they would evaluate weather or not to reimburse me. I called a local number I should have gotten the local store. The matter would have been resolved within min.
Had a daughter dad day and she picked Chick-fil-A. Had a excellent day and as always I absolutely like the consistency of restaurants and this location gives the exact same service and quality as what we come to expect from our Chick-fil-A.
