What chick-fil-a doesnât have their signature Chick-Fil-A sauce? This location. I have literally never been to a location that has run out of the sauce. Very disappointing, cancelled my order because I only ever get the Chick-Fil-A sauce with my food.

This location is a s bad as a McDonald's. They haven't been serving their soup for the entire winter saying that their machine is broken. Guess they have 0 plans to fix it either. Cant give more than 2 stars for this place as long as it runs like a McDonalds

We frequent this location for our quick meal needs. The establishment always has a clean table. The employees are kind and helpful. Our order often has something missing though. I know it happens from time to time but for me it happens more frequently than I'd expect.

i only got 7 nuggets when i ordered 8 count. this does seem like a small issue to be upset over however i am unable to go back and get a remake so overall pretty sad about this just because food is expensive so overall it needs more attention to detail :(

The food is usually fresh. I went to pick up an order and they forgot two spicy chicken sandwiches. Not a problem usually but I live 30 minutes away and didn't check the bag.
Absolutely love CFA. Always known for great service and food. The employees are extremely friendly but I have never been to a CFA that consistently forgets sauces, straws, food, etc. Every time I go here, which is often, something is wrong. Disappointing for what I consider the best âfast foodâ.

I'm visiting my daughter at her first duty station here in Altus. I have never had waffle fries that taste so horrible at a Chick-fil-A ...the fries where fried extremely too hard almost like a potato chip and they taste like the oil was burnt or old. I did not noticed the fries until we got back on the base. After an almost a 6 hour drive to Altus, I did not want to go drive back to the restaurant. My daughter stated that when she gets her fries from this location she has to sprinkle water on them, put them in the microwave in order to eat them, as if this is the norm as she loves chick fil a. I told her like I'm about to say here .... Unacceptable!!! The reputation of chick fil a is being ruined at this location.
