“I wanted to share feedback from a recent visit. The lid on my iced drink with cold foam was not securely fitted and popped off unexpectedly, causing a spill inside my vehicle. I wanted to make you aware in case there’s a lid fit issue, as it could pose a mess as it did between the seats of my new vehicle or burn risk for customers.“

“Since the relaunch of this cafe. I have had pretty good service my oatmeal cookie drink is made correctly friendly service the staff does keep changing but my drink and food is correct. They were rough over the last few years but seem to be smoothing out finally.“

“I wasn't gonna say anything in the reviews, and I gave them five stars, but then I read some of the others. There were some very good reviews and some bad ones. I have been all over the United States for work and I have been in Altus a very short time. Most of the people who gave good reviews did like I did and just gave them five stars or said it was great, which they are! But I believe that most of the people who have given them anything less than three or four and that's being generous are absolute Karen's. They only go anywhere to review anything to post bad reviews. And unfortunately that's what most of them do. They only review people the one time the world didn't go their way. I have been at the Starbucks at every hour at any time of the day because my work keeps me up around the clock. I have gone every single day I have been in ounces to this Starbucks at different shifts different days different employees. They always ALWAYS remember who I am and what my order is going to be and if I mix it up they still remember what my order was last time. I've been to approximately 53 Starbucks in the last two years I'm not joking. This is by far one of the absolute best! There was even a few posts that said the employees were rude or disinterested, that is the absolute biggest baloney and I don't believe that there's an ounce of truth in it. I may be moved from work on another assignment, and I dread going to the next Starbucks because I'm a realist and I know that the chances of service being this good aren't very high. I don't know the managers name, but she does a great job in hiring and training. Because the thing about Starbucks is consistency is key and this is a great great one!“
