They NEVER have what I order. Not like "they just opened its a bump" I'm talking 20+ times I've gone to order a drink over the last 9 months and they don't have oatmilk or almond milk... ever! I have expressed several times that I wish they would carry these more often because they are a staple in a coffee shop and on the menus and always just get told "we ran out". So today I called to talk to a manager about it because it's a normal, regular issue that happenes more often then not, and she pushed off the problem on deliver drivers and the store being "new". It's been open for 9 months! Just adjust your ordering?

I’m not sure what the deal is with the rest of the reviews. Maybe there was some growing pains as the news store opened up but they must have worked it out by now. I went there several times a week for 3 months to study. They were on par with the friendliest and best stores. Keep it up guys.

Not a single drink was made correctly, when we called to complain they hung up, their food display had flys in it, and the workers didn’t even try to talk when I was ordering he just said what do you want… overall just rude and disrespectful

I'm sorry to say, I'm from out of state and I just put in three orders. Very simple drinks. Not a single drink was made correctly. This was horrible. Then when calling to inform management of the subpar service they hung up on me. So sorry, poor service all around. Will not go back.

Hours online say that they open at 0500, however the drive thru was not open at 0515. Not sure what the actual hours are.

Most of the barista are very nice, drinks aren’t usually made the same but they don’t taste bad. And they get made quickly.

I ordered two Venti Matcha’s and as you can see in the pictures, it’s not a full drink. I took zero sips. Do better please!

I love starbucks expresso, and have worked for starbucks as a shift supervisor prior, this stores is the worst when it comes to quality and consistency, I order the same exact drink every time, just one drink and they are never consistent with the amount of syrup and always overfill. There is a standard of how many pumps per size of drink, the barista
are not trained properly, anybody can make a drink, but you have to be trained to learn the art of being a barista.. I m done with this store, I will buy from local coffee shops

I can order the same drink and get something different back 50% of the time. Technical difficulties also happen often. Staff is nice but no consistency in menu items

So... I was quite excited they got my London Fog right. A lot of Starbucks don't seem to teach their baristas the tea lattes. I've been straight up handed a cup of tea before. But it had an aftertaste. I assumed it was one of the various artificial syrups. But I started feeling nauseous through the rest of the day, with a splitting headache, and finally threw up that night. I think they must have let the milk sit out. I hope it was a fluke, as I do like the occasional Starbucks tea latte, but I don't think I can stomach going back there for a while.

I have been in multiple times so far and Terrence is the BEST person! From what I've noticed, he carries the weight in that store and is HIGHLY efficient, quick, super kind, and makes amazing drinks! He exceeds the Starbucks Standard and this store really really needs more people like him! Half of the staff seems disjointed on communication, motivation, and keeping up with the pace of this newly opened Starbucks. I hope the kinks on teamwork gets worked out over time, but all I have to say is Terrance is on point and will make your day brighter by not only giving genuine, friendly customer service but also making your specialized coffee to perfection.....especially the shaken espressos!

One of the worst coffees I have ever had from starbucks. I also paid $1.25 for extra cold foam and only got like 1/4" of bad tasting foam. It ruined my whole day because I am a very dramatic person.I am editing my review because of a few more visits. I feel like it completely depends on if Terrence is working. His shoulders have to be tired from carrying that whole store.

The strawberry drink was good, the sausage and cheese no egg thing was over cooked the bottom half was to hard to eat. The lemon pound cake was amazing. Love that. Just not my type of place, don't like coffee.
