The food improved a lot. The bourbon steak and blackened salmon with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes tasted delicious. Servers are much better now. I guess Applebee's is paying attention in the server's training because they were doing a great job,accurate orders,fast serving,paying attention to their customers. Atmosphere pretty good,cozy and is more clean now.

Came to restaurant with family. Waited at front for awhile. Servers and bartender did not acknowledge us. Finally got sat. Wasn’t able to all sit together because tables were dirty. So we sat at 2 different tables. Service was slow even tho the place was almost empty. Server put in order. Ordered a beer as well. Bartender made it and it sat at the service well for quite some time. Bartender was not busy at all and just left drink at well and didn’t bring it out to help server out. When we got drink as you can see in picture was super below the pour line. I inquired to server about amount, and she stated they have a standard pour. If this is the standard pour for yall, you’re definitely not giving your guest the correct amount. I feel bartender is very lazy and not attentive to guests. Server was new, but she did her best. All the food was delicious and not to long of a wait. All fresh and hot, no complaints there. I wish I could’ve gave five stars but the service and the bartender alone made it drop. Maybe talk with your bartender about helping out her fellow server.

We walk in and there are about 30 people waiting and 15 tables nobody was seated at the rude girl that was sitting people said you will have about a 45 minute wait we said ok that's fine she rolled her eyes and slammed the pen down and called someone's name. We finally get seated in about 10 minutes not 45. We order our drinks and an appetizer there is a hair in the dressing so we just pushed that to the side. Wasted 16 dollars. We order our food it comes out not cooked medium well but burnt and cold. The waitress brings the food sits it on the table and never comes back to see if we need anything or to even bring the check we had to ask for the check. We left there and went to McDonalds. Wasted 80 dollars at this place tonight and usually it's our favorite place to go but not after tonight.

And it’s obvious working here sucks for them, just by watching them do their jobs. Looks miserable

Lady that seated me never said a word tossed my menu on the table and never looked back seen my waitress maybe 2 times food was cold to the touch mashed potatoes looked like they came from a tube the only thing hot was the burnt mushrooms on the hot pan it came on told waitress food tasted bad and was cold she just said a a a a a a and never offered to fix it this is the 3 time I'm not going back and I'm more than willing to tell everyone I know about your service
