Food waa dry very little sauce on my mac n cheese basically noodles. Server didnt understand that i wanted a kids chicken meal with mozz and then just a side of mac n cheese. Servers pants were sagging and you could see his crack. Nephews had a frozen fry in his fry order. Server couldnt handle more than one task at a time. My other nephew had plastic in his drink.

Had our water and menu pretty fast. But waited and waited for server to come take our order. He was sitting over by the bar on his phone. Bartender girl had to go tell him to wait on us. He had no other customers.

Kaine was awesome! We just ordered apps and a dessert. He made sure and brought out the dessert for my son early so the icecr3am wouldn't sit back and melt while I waited know my appetizer. Brought extra drinks without asking. Great job!

This is the first time me and my husband have 8 at Applebee's and years.The food was horrible his steak that He ordered was supposed to be medium but it was rare and kind of raw. The chicken Sandwich with honey mustard on it. That I ordered was so soggy and it was doused and dripping and soft. That kept splattering everywhere. Neither one of us finished our meals and we are not picky eathe server was awesome and the atmosphere wasn't too well. It was just mainly how the food was cooked

The last few times we’ve been here the service has been fairly lackluster. In an empty restaurant, the food takes over 30 minutes to get to the table, and when it finally does it’s cold or incorrect. I feel like there needs to be a better effort into getting things right, especially when the staff stands around talking loud enough in the back for all of us to hear
