This place was old and rundown . It was not clean. The waitress was horrible. She spent most of her time talking to a table across from us. We spent over 2 hours here to get served and to eat. The steak was tough. The food was just so so, but the cost of eating out these days.. I think the food should be good.

Food was cold and not good. Service was horribly slow. We were there almost 3 hours and it took at least 45 minutes to take our order,almost an hour to get our food and our appetizer also took forever to be served and food came almost same time. Very disappointing

Only a one because I had to! Sucked not one bit of concern for anyone eating anywhere other than the bar!! Was here for 1.5 hours before we even got our grandsons burger the waiter/bartender neglected to write on the order ticket!!! Never will be back!! Would definitely help if the 6 people working would just work instead of visiting!

Very clean restaurant and are wait staff was wonderful explanation point I haven't been in an Applebee's in a long time but I really love their oriental chicken salad. And they have an amazing Blackberry lemonade with Tito's in it that is to die for.

Why is the floor so sticky? the whole floor, is so sticky, your shoes will stick to the carpeted area so be ready for that.

Got a to go order tonight ordered at 10:20pm didn't get it until 11:15 almost an hour later... get home with the food and there's broc in the bag instead of a container... then pasta is lukewarm and no breadstick. I'm pregnant and was starving hungry ya'll need to do better because this food was not worth $50 at all or the wait.

When I came into the restaurant, I noticed the bartender and the waitresses talking amongst themselves rather than greeting my party and welcoming us in. There was no sense of urgency and despite our waitress being new, She was not attentive and only took our drinks and food order, We were not offered any refills and did not see her until we were ready to get our bill to pay and leave. Even though the service wasn’t great in any of our opinions, I Still left a tip in cash and my total for the bill was $163.81. The next day I got a notification on my phone saying that the $163 I had spent at the Ardmore Applebees was updated to $183.81 for tip. Upon receiving this notification, I immediately contacted the restaurant and got a hold of a manager and was told that my money would be reimbursed to me within two weeks and that it was a technical issue, That whoever was entering in the numbers to charge my card, read it wrong, So I was charged an additional $20 After already spending $163.81 EDIT / P.S) It has been 2 business weeks and I still haven’t received my reimbursement of the $20 I was wrongly charged for 🙄
I love the food here but unfortunately the night crew service here was terrible whenever we were doordashing the other day. No hostess at the stand, we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the many workers in the restaurant to approach us, then we finally went to the register where two workers had been talking the entire time we were there and didn’t want to interrupt them so we waited, but they just ignored us. So we went and sat down at the bench by the hostess stand for 15 minutes and despite the workers present and not doing anything (other than the waitress), we were still ignored. Another couple came in and they were seated immediately, the guy who seated him was one of the ones talking to another worker the entire time, he just continued to ignore us despite us sitting there for 15 minutes and waiting to be acknowledged. My boyfriend finally got ahold of someone and they just picked up a random order and slapped our customer’s sticker onto it and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, the order was not the one we were waiting on and we had a frustrated and disappointed customer but nothing we could have done because if the bag is sealed (which it was) we are not allowed to check it.

I can’t rate the food or the service because I sat at a table for 30-45 minutes without having my server acknowledge me. As I got up to leave, other patrons told me that they were trying to direct the server to my table. I asked the server if she had a card with the manager’s contact info and store number. She said she didn’t know any of that. No surprise there… As I travel through several states, I usually enjoy my stops at Applebees and I will continue to stop at Applebees, but I will never step foot in the Ardmore location again I imagine this type of poor service will eventually catch up with the Ardmore location.

My food was good, ordered a BBQ chicken with waffle fries. My daughter ordered a lemon chicken that was awful. It tasted like lemon scented cleaner. She ordered a side of shrimp and that was edible so she just stuck to the shrimp and onion rings. Would not recommend to my friends or family.

On 6 10 25 ordered a riblet plate online the ribs were drenched in water no sauce basically a plain piece of meats in water soggy fries place was not full soggy fries cost 15 dollars very disgusting got a be better haven't ate here in a year tried again probably won't be back no effort on this to go order sad it's this way in most Ardmore restauraunts
