Located near the 12th Street exit off of I-35 they have better food, cleaner inside, and faster service than the nearby McDonald's. Chick-fil-A is also nearby if you need an option to go with it, the service there is way slower though.

Food was really good, had not been to an Arby's in a long time. They needed more staff just to speed things up a little bit. Food was warm but slightly longer than normal for typical fast food time frame.....enjoyed having some Arby's again

I got a French dip with a large fry and drink. It was twelve dollars. Their French dip now comes on a hot dog bun. It's about half the size it used to be. I waited 20 minutes to get it. The guy who served me was short with me. At least the fries are still the same.

We needed to get some FAST food on our road trip and instead Sat in line for over 30 minutes. Only to get 3 of their value sliders. It shouldn't have taken that long for something so simple especially. And if they actually had a reason for it then they should have offered something in exchange for the wait time. Their drive thru is one where you can't just leave or trust me I would have. They trap you in there and force you to wait forever for mediocre food and terrible service.

Took 20 minutes after we ordered to receive our food and we were literally the only 2 customers in the restaurant. A manager and another employee in the back joking while a single female cooked all the food, took orders and a man worked the drive through.
