I don’t like writing bad reviews because it hurts the business but I spent almost $30 and this is what get…….

This was supposed to be a sandwich, but as you can see its burnt, and all they did was throw everything into a box and gave it to me.

It's unfortunate, I just moved here, but I'll never go back.

Ordered on the app.
Drove to the store. Not one car in the lot! And we still had to wait 10 minutes for our food.
Ok, I can get over that.
But then we get home and there was nothing to dip my French dip sandwich into!!!
I didn't check the bag good enough.
But then we start eating, yuck!
The beef was sliced thicker than I have ever seen it cut and it tasted wrong! It was just gross!
My husband threw up!!!
Arby's roastbeef has never tasted like that! 🤢

We ordered 3 French Dip Sandwiches and as we were leaving checked the bag to find 2 and a half sandwiches...so we went back in only to be told that they are using smaller buns which we then, even upon showing them a full sandwich next to the half, we're met with a very rude bad attitude and more arguing that it was a normal sandwich ...this is the first time I've ever gotten online and left a bad review and they consistently mess things up...but come on this takes the cake....I understand people make mistakes that's part of life. Just apologize and fix it no nig deal..
But to go out of your way to be rude and try and convince us the bun shrank is Ludacris!! And yes the manager was standing right there and never said a word...plus made us wait a long while to get a full French dip sandwich...what has happened to decent customer service and pride in your work...Do better Arbys just do better!!!

We waited inside for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging us. I ordered an Arby's Q and got a ham and cheese. When I told them about the mistake and asked for my original order the person working in the kitchen made an audible complaint murmur and literally threw my sandwich on the counter. I do not live in Ardmore and simply stopped off the highway for lunch. The service, behavior, and quality of food was truly disappointing and I will not be going back to any Arby's anytime soon!!

This place is awful. Milkshake machine is broken, fountain drinks were warm. Food took forever to get. All the tables are dirty. Bathroom was gross. Place might as well be ran by animals. Terrible.
