Bad service and rude profane behavior by night crew

I visit Braum’s all (maybe 20-30 times over last 2 years) the time. It’s a reliable place throughout the central states. However, today I have to tell you about the amazingly fast courteous service I received from Caleb. Smiling, happy, it felt like I was as the most important person in the restaurant. What a wonderful pleasant experience.

Amazing ice cream and prices. I don’t feel guilty going and taking the kids and wife for a meal and icecream. Clean and the staff was friendly. 👍👍👍

Love the good prices and good food. Would've gotten 5 stars but I ordered a jalapeno pepper jack burger today and when I got back to the office it was a regular cheeseburger

ABSOLUTE AWFUL DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE!!!

The very disrespectful individual that took my order was extremely rude for no reason at all. All I did was ask if they would make my milk shakes thin to make them easier to drink since I was with my elderly grandmother. He made literal sounds of irritation. The best way I can describe it is he made it seem like it was the end of the world just by making 1 little request. It was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend going here for anything after the night shift takes over. Stuff like this happens every time I come here after day shift is already done and night shift has taken over. If I could give less than 1 star, I most certainly would. He was just very lucky that my grandmother needed to get home or I would have spent the time to go inside and speak to the manager.

They got lime all over my cup and didn't a lime im my cherry lime aide all you can taste is the syrup

Morning crew is the best people!!! But you let the night crew come in and its awful, hateful, bullying, cursing and refusing to help new hires help customers is just unacceptable. Something should be done about it. Just really couldnt believe this was going on and in full view and earshot of customers.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast and was parked after receiving my drink (which had ice in it after requesting no ice) then after 15 minutes of waiting I was watching people behind me in drive getting their food and leaving. I went in and my food had just been sitting there waiting for some one to bring it out. It was cold and gross. I’d understand if it was short staffed but I counted 7 employees.
